A three-phase condominium community bringing 677 new homes and a complete lifestyle experience to central Milton.

Located at 101 Nipissing Road, The Millhouse is a master-planned residential development comprising three condominium towers rising from 15 to 19 storeys.
The challenge was to create a cohesive community that could be delivered in phases while giving each building its own identity. Architecture Unfolded organized the towers around a shared six-storey podium, integrating residential uses, parking, access, and amenity spaces into a unified design.

The community offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor amenities, including co-working spaces, fitness and yoga studios, an indoor pool, private dining and event rooms, landscaped terraces, and social lounges. Its central location provides convenient access to downtown Milton, the Milton GO station, and Highways 401 and 407.
