With over 20 years of practical experience in large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use architecture, Eduardo has designed and managed numerous projects from the conceptual stage through to a finished building form.
He has cultivated a passion for environmentally sensitive architecture during his post-secondary education, which culminated in a masters thesis for a Kyoto-Friendly High-rise. This project was nominated for a Canada Green Building Council Award by the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada -RAIC Syllabus.
Pragmatic design is another one of his central design philosophies. He brings an innovative design approach and team mentality to all projects.
In 2009, he led a design team that won first place in a senior’s housing design competition sponsored by the Atlantic Seniors Housing Research Alliance. The concept was praised by the Jury for its pragmatic approach to ecology and design.
