concord park place-Block 11

Block 11 is a completed residential development within the Concord Park Place master-planned community in North York. Architecture Unfolded was engaged to deliver the project from construction documentation through occupancy, supporting the successful execution of a complex, high-density residential building designed by another firm.

The project comprises two residential towers forming part of a larger mixed-use urban block. Architecture Unfolded’s role focused on translating the approved design intent into coordinated construction drawings, resolving technical detailing, and supporting the project through construction and final occupancy.

Working within a large consultant and contractor team, AU provided continuity from documentation to completion, ensuring constructability, coordination, and timely delivery within a highly controlled master-planned environment.
