Supporting the technical delivery of a landmark three-tower development from construction documentation through final occupancy.

King’s Landing is a major residential development within Concord Park Place, a growing transit-connected community in North York. The project introduces 990 condominium residences across three towers of 19, 27 and 31 storeys.

Architecture Unfolded joined the project during the construction documentation phase, helping translate the approved design into a coordinated and buildable set of architectural documents. Delivering a development of this scale requires close coordination across the three towers, shared podium and amenity areas, as well as the many architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems involved.

AU continued its role through construction administration, responding to site conditions, reviewing construction progress and coordinating technical requirements with the client, consultants and contractor. The firm remains involved as the development advances toward final occupancy.
