Rushad’s interest in architecture has grown with LEGO and the ability to translate it into architectural Tetris design in his daily projects. He has worked on a variety of different projects in residential, mid-rise, mix use, interior, institution buildings, and urban design projects. He has been involved in various stages of architectural design throughout his career, obtaining six years of professional architectural experience internationally and locally.
In addition, he graduated from Ryerson University (Toronto Metropolitan University) where he completed the I-PLAN Program, with honors. Rushad is a missioned individual with a great passion for design and problem-solving skills along with his ability in 3D modeling and visualization.
He is committed to growing a community-based residential portfolio and is currently pursuing licensure in the province of Ontario.
