Stella

A two-tower residential community bringing approximately 740 new homes and a distinctive new presence to Brampton’s skyline.

Located near Steeles Avenue West and Hurontario Street, Stella is a multi-phase residential development comprising two towers designed by Architecture Unfolded. The completed first phase rises 21 storeys and contains 290 residences. Stella 2 adds a 40-storey tower with 450 homes, making it the tallest residential building in Brampton.

The challenge was to create a cohesive identity across two separately delivered phases while responding to the significant difference in their height and scale. Architecture Unfolded developed a contemporary architectural language that connects the two buildings while allowing Stella 2 to establish its own presence as a landmark on the Brampton skyline.

The development supports modern urban living with spaces for work, wellness, and social connection, along with smart-building technology and expansive views. Its location provides convenient access to public transit, Highways 401, 407 and 410, the Brampton Innovation District GO Station, and Pearson International Airport.
